H&S Manufacturing is proud to offer form in place liquid dispensing for custom gaskets, appropriate for a number of applications and industries. Our production rate is maximized with a fully equipped 3 axis (XYZ) robot, which accurately and quickly dispenses silicon-based materials for gasketing. Multiple patterns and volumes are achieved, utilizing a variety of bead sizes as small as .030” x .030” for precise positioning on substrates. We manufacture durable EMI shielding components, providing excellent electrical and thermal performance.
