IT System

H&S Manufacturing Co. operates a Local Area Network (LAN) with multiple servers and client workstations. The LAN allows access to data by appropriate users at the most efficeint locations. The system includes a dedicated broadband Internet connection allowing for quick, real-time email service as well as speedy downloads and uploads to a dedicated FTP site, (for assistance using the FTP site click here and/or contact Jody Key). The IT system is the backbone of all data storage, database informaiton, equipment programs, and program executables. As such the entire system is firewall protected and backed up using the latest techniques to ensure data security and integrity.

Engineering

H&S utilizes many popular engineering software packages to manage and utilize customer files/prints and create operating programs for manufacturing and inspeciton equipment. Most file types can be translated including DXF and IGES. Examples of some software packages used are shown below.
