We can produce metal and non-metal components up to 24 inches long x 24 inches wide x 12 inches high to tolerances as tight as ±.001 inches (±.0254 millimeters). Our production capacities range from prototype to high-volume production quantities. Typical production lead times are about six weeks, depending on the project.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
We provide sheet metal fabrication services to customers in various industries, ranging from defense to medical to lighting. By using modern high-speed multitool equipment, such as laser cutting machines, punch-laser machines, and punch presses, we can produce various fabricated sheet metal parts and products from coil and sheet materials. Our sheet metal fabrication capabilities include:
- Laser cutting
- Forming and bending
- Sand blasting
We can fabricate components to tight tolerances, depending on the needs of the customer. For example, we can achieve bend tolerances and hole-to-hole tolerances of ±.005 inches, hole-to-edge tolerances of ±.010 inches, and hole-to-bend tolerances of ±.015 inches. Our production capacities range from prototype to high-volume production quantities. Typical production lead times are about four weeks, depending on the project.
Our material thickness capabilities range from .015 to .187 inches. Some of the material we regularly use include:

The precision laser cutting process enables us to produce custom components for a variety of industries and applications. Our advanced laser cutters are equipped with turbine-driven, RF-excited, fast axial flow CO2 lasers, which combine precision cutting with high cutting speeds. The equipment can achieve maximum output power of 2,500 watts, resulting in efficient processing with excellent position accuracy.(±.005 inches) and repeatability (±.005 inches).
Our laser cutting capabilities include:

- Cutting length: Up to 100 inches
- Cutting width: Up to 48 inches
- Cutting height: Up to .250 inches

Custom Form-in-Place Gaskets
Our form-in-place liquid deposition capabilities enable us to produce custom gaskets with excellent durability, electrical performance, and thermal performance. For these projects, we use a 3-axis CNC robot to deposit silicone in the exact patterns and quantities needed. By leveraging these robotic liquid dispensers, we achieve rapid deposition without sacrificing precision. Our robots can place beads as small as .030 inches x .030 inches to tolerances of ± .003 inches on bead width and ±.005 inches on location. Combined with high-performance silicone-based polymers, these precise application techniques allow us to create intricate gaskets that resist corrosion and provide lasting protection from EMI.

Custom Box Build
In addition to our manufacturing and finishing services, we also provide skilled assembly solutions. From part fabrication to final assembly, our experts can manage the entire project.
Our specialization is electromechanical assemblies. We can handle individual components, such as boards, brackets, cable wiring and harnesses, chassis, fans, and power supplies. We can also deliver complete assembled products, such as box builds and enclosures.
